General information
Team of experts will include 4 people from the Medical Yoga Centre.
Dr Deepak Sachdeva and 3 of his highly-skilled therapists will come for the camp.
Minimum 15 to Maximum 50 patients can be enrolled in a camp.
Duration:
Camp Duration: 6 days (1+ 5 days)
Daily 4 batches max.
Each batch duration: 90 min
(Duration of 90 min is maximum. Some of the patients will be free within 30 min)

Camp for Neck and Lower Back pain/ Slip Disc/ Sciatica relief:
Space for patient consultation and assessment
Space to accommodate 5 to 10 people at a time for their exercises (approx. 1000 sqft of usable space is sufficient for up to 15 people). 3 Windows with grills (to hold for support for exercises).
3 Electric points.
10 Chairs with a horizontal bar connecting its legs. These are usually available at the tent house.
Camp For Knee joint osteoarthritis:
Space for patient consultation and assessment
Space to accommodate 5 to 10 people at a time for their exercises (Approx. 1000 sqft of usable space is sufficient for up to 10 people)
3 Electric points.
For those who can't sit on the floor, we need benches of approx. 6ft by 2 ft. and 5 Chairs. These are usually available at the tent house.

What to expect from these camps?
Every case is different but within 5 days of treatment, significant relief from pain is experienced by the patients.
The good part is that you can learn and then practice at your own after the camp is over under the supervision of the therapist over a video call, if needed.
After camp Support:
In today’s time of internet and technology we are available through Video calls.
It’s a routine practice at the centre since 2015 that we are conduct online sessions for Review and assessment. You can always send us your videos and photos of the exercise for assessment. We’ll do the necessary corrections over the video call /voice msgs /images /tutorials etc.
