Protein Bar Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

50 grams Sesame seeds

50 grams Peanuts

20 grams Grated Dry Coconut (Not desiccated)

12 grams Milk powder

08 grams Ghee (Clarified Butter)

130 grams Jaggery

 

Method:

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds and peanuts in a pan separately.

  2. Remove the skin of the peanuts.

  3. Add milk powder to sesame seeds course grind it. Similarly, course grind peanuts separately. (Make sure it doesn’t ooze its natural oils).

  4. Mix sesame, peanut course powder along with grated dry coconut.

  5. Now take a pan, melt ghee. Once its warm, add finely chopped jaggery, melt it on slow flame.

  6.  Add the mixture of sesame, peanut and dry coconut into the melted jaggery and mix it well.

  7. Grease ghee on an inverted plate, spread the mixture on it. Apply some ghee on to your hand or bowl and level the mixture. Slice into any shape you like.
